The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight round match which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua stated he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "defeat" his opponent as the pair met personally to build hype for the upcoming bout.
Former two-time world title holder Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge mismatch - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Boxer's Mindset
"I plan to damage his features and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm superior," Joshua, 35, stated.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to genuinely try to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of these statements, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - normally known for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul instead criticized ex Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "ridiculous" after Ngannou rejected a match opportunity.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at British rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is superior to Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer said.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite declaring he will punish Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to talk badly about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he stated.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has primarily boxed MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He lost to Briton Fury in last year.
Financial Success
However, the relative newcomer is still one of boxing's greatest money-making draws, regularly earning huge paydays.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old anticipated a KO victory in round four or five and stated he would prevent the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly in the works for 2026.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Size Difference
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the customary face-off, with their size difference on show, it highlighted just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the fight is actually proceeding.
